5-DAY RETURN POLICY

At Auriva Diamonds, we want you to love your purchase, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer a hassle-free 5-day return policy. You can return your order within 5 days from the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure:

·         The product is in its original packaging, in sellable condition, without any scratches, damage, or alterations.

·         The original invoice is included.

·         The certificate of authenticity (if applicable) is returned.

·         Any warranty card (if provided) is included.

·         This policy is applicable only for purchases made directly from Auriva Diamonds.

Refund Process

o   You will receive 100% of the amount paid at the time of purchase.

o   If you used a discount, coupon, or promo code, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

o   Once we receive the product, the refund will be processed within 21 business days.

o   If the payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, the refund will be issued as a transaction reversal.

o   A ₹750/- shipping charge will apply for returns under this policy.

Exclusions

Ø  The Return Policy applies only to ready-made jewelry and does not cover customized jewelry.
